Fermenter is available from 50L to 50, 000L with an average 25% Head Space. All tank have a Dish top, a Cylinder body and a 60-70° Cone Bottom. Certified stainless steel material for all tanks, with 100% TIG welded (Argon-arc welded) joints and seams with sanitary interior Polish. Dimple Plate jacket for Glycol cooling & high efficient Polyurethane foam insulation. All tanks use Tri-clamp connections, are designed for up to 0.2MPa and tested at 0.4MPa (we own the Manufacture License of Pressurized Vessels). Manway on the side or on the top. CIP cleaning ball and pressure regulating valve are available. We will provide turnkey project and service to meet your brewery's space and height restrictions. Â
