The "300,000 tons straw straw refining production line" supporting project of Songyuanxu Chemical Co., Ltd. - "50,000 tons per year bio-polyether polyol production line" was recently completed and put into production at Bairui Biopolyol Co., Ltd., Songyuan City, Jilin Province. The test run was successful. The production line uses cellulose and lignin produced by Laiwu Chemical “straw refining project†as raw materials, and is based on the State Key Laboratory of Pulp and Paper Engineering of South China University of Technology. The technology developed during the process of the "base polymer new material technology and product" process has been further improved to achieve industrialized production.

The polyether polyols can be used to produce polyurethane rigid foam products for building, pipe and refrigerator insulation, and can also be used for waterproofing, sealing, and the like. Polyurethane products produced by the technical indicators meet industry standards. Since July of this year, all parties have jointly applied for a number of invention patents on this technology, and will continue to jointly develop new technologies and products with independent intellectual property rights in the future.
