China Inspection Group will build South China Electric and Electronic Testing Base

On the morning of November 17, 2011, CCIC Test Technology Co., Ltd. acquired the Shenzhen Electronic Product Testing Center and changed its name to Zhongjian South Electronic Product Testing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. base.

On the morning of November 17, 2011, China Inspection & Certification (Group) Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. to acquire a 60% equity interest in the Shenzhen Electronic Product Testing Center of Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd.

Vice Chairman of CNCA Che Wenyi, Shenzhen City Government Deputy Secretary General Li Tingzhong, CCIC Chairman Liu Shengming, Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. Chairman Fan Mingchun and Shenzhen State Assets Bureau, Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. and China Inspection Group leaders attended the signing ceremony.

After CCIC Test Technology Co., Ltd. took over the acquisition of Shenzhen Electronic Product Testing Center, Shenzhen Electronic Product Testing Center will be renamed Zhongzhong South Electronic Product Testing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and will strive to build the company into a South China electronic and electrical testing base.
