The round jig, the selection rate is slightly better than the creeping chute, but the cost maintenance is many times higher than the agitating chute, and the small and medium-sized mine can not bear it. This jig has a complicated structure, high cost, complicated maintenance, requires professional service, large volume and heavy weight (generally tens of tons of weight), can only be used in large mines, and small and medium-sized mines cannot withstand the industry. As for the simple trapezoidal jump, the recycling effect is almost the same as that of the fixed chute, and the amount of sand is small, the amount of concentrate is large, and there is no practical use value.

The shaker is the best selection of these equipments, and the price is not expensive, but its sediment output is too small, it can only be used for the treatment of concentrates, and there is nothing to do with the treatment of coarse ore.

According to the statistics of various parties and my own years of experience, the selection rate of the creeping chute, jig and shaker is basically the same, which is more than 10% higher than the ordinary fixed chute. Although the investment is relatively large at the beginning, the fixed chute is lost. Gold, the accumulation of losses will be an astonishing number, 10 times or even 100 times the cost of equipment.

Compared with several gold selection equipments, the gold mine should be equipped with a “fixed chute + peristal chute” configuration. The front end uses a 3m fixed chute and then a series of peristaltic chutes. Because the link between the creeping chute and the sieve requires a short sink and a short sink. The gold felt is a fixed chute, killing two birds with one stone. I strongly oppose the use of a single gold mine with a fixed chute, which is both ruining itself and ruining natural resources. A simple example is a small mine with a daily output of 500 tons of sand (200 cubic meters, 50 loaders with about 70 shovel), with a fixed chute (15m long) to recover 50g of gold per day, and with our recommended combination process, increase the selection rate. At least 10% or more. On the other hand, this short and precise mining and selection system has many benefits for energy saving. The system is small in size, small in footprint, easy to move, and more importantly, greatly reduces the height of the table and reduces the feed water supply. The cost, the crude material up to the slide, is converted into diesel oil, which is about 10ml---30ml/ton meter. At the same time, the water consumption of the creeping chute is slightly smaller than that of the fixed chute, which can also save a little pumping cost. The production time of gold mines is very limited, coupled with equipment failure and maintenance time, and the actual production time is indeed very limited. In the north, we only have 5 months of production time per year, and each day is prime time. However, the daily chute work, a lot of delay time, such as the mine, 15m long fixed chute, clean up again, at least 2 people spend 1 - 1.5 hours, a little wasted time. The cleaning chute of the creeping chute works as long as one person takes 10 minutes.

Is the use of the peristaltic chute complicated to maintain? Is there a high failure rate?

The use of the creeping chute is easy to maintain. It can be used alone or in series with a fixed chute. It can be connected to the power supply, and it is not much different from the installation of the fixed chute. The most difficult at best is to change the rubber sole (single layer 3---6 months change, a rubber 100 yuan to get it. Double-layer thickening one year to two years to change), two unskilled The workers will take 2 or 3 hours.

For the treatment of concentrates, I recommend the use of our high-grade shaker specially developed for the gold mine. If not, use a peristaltic chute for secondary concentration and then shake manually or with a shaker. All manual manual selection is just a matter of necessity.
