The unit features an integrated touch screen display controller that inputs parameters including fabric width, length, weight and winding tension into the system. The software designed by the company is the core of the system, ensuring a uniform density of the fabric being rolled. It also automatically calculates and displays basic data required for dyeing processes such as winding density and roll weight. The machine produces fabrics with a maximum width of 3,600 mm and a web speed of between 10 m/min and 80 m/min. This new type of winder can also be used for the distribution of wet cloth shafts in small batch and special fabric production.
