About injection moulded technology:
Injection Moulding:Â One of the most common plastic manufacturing methods, injection molding lends itself to mass production of products ranging from cell phone stands to toys. The injection molding process melts resin pellets inside the injection machine with a heated barrel. An auger moves the plastic forward and ensures an even mix of melted plastic. The machine then drives the melted plastic into a metal mold. The plastic fills the mold and results in a solid plastic part or product. Most injection molding processes employ thermoplastics that you can melt and cool multiple times, which limits material waste.

 1) Design: 2D or 3D drawing (PDF, DWG, IGS.STEP,X-T format).
           Original sample is also accept.
 2)Moulding making: Mold parting design and making.
                    Prototype sample is available before mould.
 3)Test mould: Provide samplesÂ
 4)Mass production: after samples approved.

About our Company:
JunYi Metal & Plastic Mold Co., Limited was establised in 2001. We have 2 shops, 1 for plastic mold making & plastic injection molding production. There are 5CNC machines, 8 EDM machines and 10 drilling machines for mold making. 15 sets injection molding machines from 60T to 500T.Â
Another shop for shot run production, include metal & plastic prototyping by CNC machining, rapid tooling, such as aluminum soft tool and small quantity alumimunm die casting + CNC secondary operation, silicone mold vacuum casting for plastic. There are 15sets CNC machines and 3 sets vacuum casting machines.Â
JunYi also provide outsource service of sheet metal, sand casting & simple assembly with good quality and competitive prices.

How to place an order?Â
1. Contact our sales staff to confirm the design and price.
2. Reach an agreement , then will send PI and please arrange payment.
3. Arrange the mould and samples to confirm the quality, mould will takes about 25-40 days.
4. Production arranged after sample approved.
5. Take photos for customer and arrange the balance payment.
7. Arrange shipment, by UPS, or by air, by sea, will depends on real situation.

Brewery Cooling Plant is a necessary system for brew processing. It provide cold water and glycol water to cool down wort temperature during brewing, and coold down beer temperature during fermenting and maturing process.
The cooling plant system include a chiller, Cold Water Tank, Glycol Tank, pumps and insulated pipie connections.
