(4) There is a large amount of air bubbles in the internal flow of the pipeline or it is not filled with water, and the inner wall structure of the pipeline is too thick.
(5) The voltage at the pressure calibration station is too low.
Processing method: Check whether the connection between the detector and the host signal is disconnected; change the detection position;
Check whether the detector and the detection point are fully coupled; confirm whether the flow is full;
Increase the transmit voltage; keep the probe and pipe connection surface smooth.
Pressure Calibration Station Failure Symptom 2: Insufficient signal strength possible failure: (1) Pressure calibrator detector moves or does not meet the requirements.
(2) The host power supply is insufficient.
(3) The fouling on the inner wall of the pipeline at the monitoring site is too thick, and the treatment of the outer wall attachments is not complete.
(4) Whether the pipeline is full of water or foreign matter that has scale.
(5) The probe is not installed correctly.
Treatment method: Check the position of the pressure checker detector and the power supply of the main unit, tap the external wall of the pipeline to shake off the scale, and dispose of the attachments on the outer wall again;
Check if the probe is installed properly.
Pressure calibration station failure phenomenon 3: Calculation of abnormal possible failure: (1) Received signal exceeds, ultrasonic signal is too large.
(2) The type of fluid is abnormal in sound velocity, and the abnormality is calculated and calculated.
Treatment method: Reduce the signaling voltage appropriately, change the probe installation method;
Set the exact corresponding sound speed value.
Pressure Calibration Station Failure Symptom 4: Flow is constant, but measurement of instantaneous pressure fluctuations is very likely. Failure: (1) Signal strength fluctuates greatly.
(2) The fluctuation of the fluid itself is measured.
(3) There is a pulsation.
(4) The straight section is not long enough.
Treatment method: Adjust the position of the pressure calibration table probe to increase the signal strength and keep the signal stable. If the fluid itself fluctuates greatly, the position selection is not good. Avoid fluid disturbance components such as pumps or valves; increase the pressure coefficient setting.
