Recently, Jiji Machine completed the development of the fully automatic heavy-duty high-speed feed stamping production line provided by Shenyang Huachen Jinbei Automobile Co., Ltd., indicating that the first fully automatic heavy-duty high-speed feed stamping production line developed and produced by China has broken the foreign technology monopoly in this field. The production line consists of a multi-link 2400-ton press, four pin-type 1000-ton presses and a high-speed feeding mechanism. It can achieve 12 beats/min of production beats on a large table of 5000mm×2600mm. The CNC hydraulic stretching mat has a tonnage of 600 tons.
