Recently, Jinan Branch has made arduous efforts to complete the DCS transformation of paraffin plants as planned.
The DCS transformation adopts the domestic Zheda University-controlled ECS-100 distributed control system. This system has absorbed the latest network technology and microelectronics technology results, fully applied the latest signal processing technology, the latest 3-layer high-speed network communication system, and reliable software. Platform and software design technology and field bus technology, using high-performance microprocessors and sophisticated advanced control algorithms, has excellent openness and security. The commissioning of the DCS system will greatly increase the level of automation of the paraffin plant.
Up to now, all the software and hardware debugging work and on-site joint school have been successfully completed and delivered to the production workshop, ready to put into use.
