Magnetic flap level gauge structure features:
l Based on the principle of buoyancy, the basic type magnetic flap liquid level gauge moves upwards and downwards along with the rise and fall of the liquid level in the measuring tube. The permanent magnet in the float passes through the magnetic coupling and drives the red and white columns to flip 180. When the liquid level rises, the column turns from white to red, and when it drops, it turns from red to white, thus achieving the indication of the liquid level.
l The upper and lower limit switch outputs use the magnetic float to move with the liquid level, so that the reed switch installed in the setting position of the riser of the magnetic flap liquid level gauge is actuated to achieve ON-OFF control or alarm.
l Remote transmission Install the transmitter on the magnetomagnetic level gauge. The transmitter consists of a sensor and a converter. It moves up and down through the magnetic float and conducts magnetic coupling so that no part of the pipe can move in sequence. The resistance signal is changed and converted into a standard current signal of 0~10mA or 4~20mA. Output for connection with digital display instruments or computers for remote display.
