Pipe fitting up station includes two units of roller supporter for locating the pipe, one unit of headstock for locating flange, and one unit of fitting platform for locating the elbow, tee and reducer. The roller supporter can move on rail by manual.
It is suitable for pipe to flange, elbow, tee etc.
The headstock can move forward and back forward on rail, up and down by manual or motor.
The fitting platform can move forward and back forward on rail, up and down, and left and right by manual too. Reducer will be considered for heavy duty application which will make the pipe to fitting fit-up much easier.Â
