The first 250mm 2-way cartridge valve was successfully tested

The first domestic equipment with a 250-mm-diameter two-way cartridge valve developed by China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation's 701 Haiyue Company was used for the project. The equipment used in this project was actually used and the equipment performance was good. Recently, the device successfully passed user acceptance.

The successful development of the fluid return control valve group project was based on the fact that 704 Haiyue Company succeeded in developing the hydraulic hoist system project for the world's largest shiplock, the Three Gorges Project Ship Lock, in the Three Gorges Project. Valves and large-scale integrated control technology are another successful practice for the research and development of large and medium-sized electrohydraulic control systems.

The flush return control valve group adopts a 250-mm two-way cartridge valve that is twice the size of the 125 mm diameter in the hydraulic hoist system of the Three Gorges permanent ship lock, and leverages the function to adjust the pressure, flow and direction of the oil. The forging hammer is reciprocated for free fall and vertical lifting movement to realize the forging action. As one of the key equipment for the development and installation of a 3,000-ton hydraulic block forging machine for the Liaoyang Heavy Industry Group, the Flush Return Control Valve Group project features high technical requirements, fast response, and high degree of integration, and exceeds 80 mm. Very few domestic manufacturers are qualified for the development of the valve group. Previously this kind of equipment has been dependent on imports.

The 704 hydraulics have a long history. As early as 1980, the Institute developed and produced the first two-way cartridge valve. The hydraulic hoist system of the Three Gorges Permanent Ship Lock was developed after the 704 Haiyue Company successfully won the bid. At present, the system has been operating normally for 1865 days.
