During operation, Water Chiller will take some
heat away through exhaust outlet. But when indoor space is small, room
temperature will rise. Is there any solution to this problem?
Mr. Luo from a university of Singapore that S&A met last week
encountered this problem. S&A recommended that Mr. Luo may install a
ventilating duct extending to the outside (the diameter of the duct
shall be larger than that of exhaust outlet of the water chiller) at the
exhaust outlet of the water chiller. This can effectively solve the
problem of room temperature rise caused by water chiller.
Mr. Luo would like to use an S&A Water Chiller to cool the 5KW fiber laser independently researched & developed
by Mr. Luo. On the official website of S&A, Mr. Luo viewed the
types of water chiller and thought CW-7800 water chiller suitable.
S&A CW-7800ET dual-temperature dual-pump water chiller with 19KW
cooling capacity has two independent temperature control systems,
including high-temperature end and low-temperature end. The
low-temperature end mainly cools fiber body, and high-temperature end
cools QBH connector or lens.
Thank you so much for your support and trust in S&A. All S&A
water chillers have passed the certification of ISO, CE, RoHS and REACH,
and the warranty period has been extended to 2 years. Our products are
worthy of your trust!
S&A has a perfect laboratory test system to simulate the use
environment of water chillers, conduct high-temperature test and improve
quality continuously, aiming to make you use at ease; and S&A has a
complete material purchasing ecological system and adopts the mode of
mass production, with annual output of 60000 units as a guarantee for
your confidence in us.

Flanges are a method of connecting pipes, valves, pumps, and other equipment to form a piping system, usually by welding or threading. It is also easy to clean, inspect or modify. Flanges are usually welded or tightened. Flange joints are made by bolting two flanges together and using washers between them to provide a seal.
Pipe assemblies may be bolted together between flanges. Flanges are used to connect pipes to each other, to valves, to fittings, and to special items such as filters and pressure vessels. Cover plates can be connected to create "blind flanges". Flanges are bolted together, and sealing is usually done using washers or other methods. Industries dealing with flammable, volatile, toxic or corrosive substances require special protection at flange joints. Flange shields can provide an additional level of protection to ensure safety.
There are many different flange standards worldwide. For simple functionality and interchangeability, these designs have standardized dimensions. Common world standards include ASA/ASME (USA), PN/DIN (Europe), BS10 (UK/Australia) and JIS/KS (Japan/Korea).
In most cases, standards are interchangeable, as most local standards have been aligned with ISO standards.
Flanges are also made in standardized sizes, usually in "flat", "convex", "mortise" or "ring joint" styles, but other ambiguous styles may be available.
Flange designs include "weld neck", "socket", "lap", "socket weld", "thread" and "blind flange".
