The high-moisture lignite pre-drying system designed by Tianhua Chemical Machinery and Automated Research and Design Institute for Guohua (Indonesia) Nansu Power Generation Co., Ltd. 2X150MW power generation project was formally put into operation on July 10, achieving a continuous 96 hours uninterrupted Operation, the parameters meet the design requirements.
The system uses a steam tube rotary dryer plus a wet scrubbing dust collection process device. The heating steam is taken from the steam turbine four-stage extraction, and the high moisture (62%) lignite is dried and fed into the medium-speed pulverizing coal system to burn. The 2X150MW generator set requires full power generation. This set of devices has a high degree of automation and can realize all operation operations in the central control room, which greatly ensures the reliable operation of the system and improves work efficiency.
In the process of debugging the device, Tianhua overcomes the characteristics of spontaneous ignition and explosion of lignite in the drying process by adjusting the actual operating parameters. The emission of exhaust gas meets the requirements of environmental protection and overcomes the problem of high water lignite dehydration.
