It is reported that TMC Compressor (TMC), headquartered in Oslo, Norway, has received a contract from the German MV WERFTEN shipyard to supply a complete compressed air system for the two cruise ships being built by the shipowner Yunding Hong Kong. 
Under the contract, TMC will manufacture and deliver four 85 kW power marine compressors and four RD600 air dryers for the two "Global Class" cruise ships. However, the contract amount was not disclosed.
Per Kjellin, general manager of TMC, said, "Any equipment supplier in the marine industry is proud to provide technology for the world's most powerful cruise ships, and we are no exception."
The new postal captain exceeds 340 meters and has a tonnage of 204,000 tons. It has 20 decks and can accommodate over 5,000 passengers. The new vessel is expected to be delivered in 2020 and 2021.
