Ludwigsburg, December 21, 2015 - The MANN+HUMMEL Group today announced two changes in management personnel, with appointments to take effect on January 1, 2016. Ms. Filiz Albrecht will be promoted to chief human resources officer (CHRO) and will be the director of labor relations. She has served as vice president of human resources for the past five years. Mr. Hansjörg Herrmann was appointed chief operating officer (COO) and is responsible for the company's operations in about 40 factories worldwide. Prior to that, he was responsible for filter production operations in Germany and Europe.
Change in management of MANN+HUMMEL Group appoints new executives
The management of the MANN+HUMMEL Group will consist of five members. The other three members are: Mr. Alfred Weber, President and CEO of MANN+HUMMEL, Mr. Manfred Wolf, CEO of MANN+HUMMEL and General Manager of Automotive and Industrial Business. And Ms. Emese Weissenbacher, Chief Financial Officer of MANN+HUMMEL, who just took office in July 2015.

Ms. Filiz Albrecht, an economic lawyer, obtained a master's degree in business administration from the University of Charlotte in Charlotte, USA, and began her career in a small and medium-sized automotive company in 1999. In 2006, she joined Erbslöh Aktiengesellschaft as head of human resources and legal affairs. In 2011, she joined the MANN+HUMMEL Group. At first she was responsible for human resources management in the German region. Later in 2012, she was part of an expanded management team and was responsible for the human resources management of the entire company. Albrecht views human resources policy as an important part of the group's strategy.
Engineering graduate student Hansjörg Herrmann studied mechanical manufacturing at Wein Kato University after finishing the vocational training for mold technicians. After graduation, he has been working in the automotive industry. While working for the then employer Borg Warner in the United States, he received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Duke University. In 2011, he joined MANN+HUMMEL in charge of the management of the German factory. In the spring of 2015, he began to manage factory management in the European region.
Mr. Frank B. Jehle, president and deputy chief executive officer of MANN+HUMMEL, will step down on December 31, 2015. After ten years of outstanding leadership work, Mr. Jehle will add a more incisive touch to his life plan: He will play a more important role in supervision and advisory committees, as well as SME consulting. The MANN+HUMMEL Group shareholder and board of supervisors would like to thank Mr. Jehle for his long-term and positive contribution to the company.
