From April 28 to October 22, 2011, the world-renowned 2011 Xi'an World Horticultural Expo was held in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. During the 2011 World Horticultural Exposition, Xi'an tourism companies invested a total of 400 new coaches, including 95% of Yuchai's engine passenger coaches, plus the original vehicles of Xi'an’s tourism companies, the Xi’an International Horticultural Exposition, and nearby tourist routes. The Yuchai engine is expected to have about 1,000 units. Due to the decentralization of tourist attractions and the wide range of activities of tour buses, higher requirements have been put forward for Yuchai’s service guarantee work.
On April 23, 2011, Yuchai Shaanxi Office held the World Garden Club Yuchai Service Mobilization Conference at the Hongnan Hongye Service Station (Xi'an Branch). The participants were Yutong, Jinlv, Dajinlong, Suzhou Hagrid and other host plants in Shaanxi Service Manager, Yuchai Xi'an Monopoly Company, Yuchai Service Director, main line service stations and service station technical backbones.
At the meeting, the relevant personnel spoke enthusiastically and actively offered advice and suggestions on how to do a good job in the service guarantee of the World Garden Club. Through discussion, it was decided that the Yuchai Service Protection Team of the Xi'an Shiyuan Club was established to take full charge of coordinating the service guarantee work during the World Horticultural Society; the World Horti-Expo Club's Parts Service Protection Group was established; and special personnel were responsible for the protection of the World Horticultural Group’s vehicle accessories; The backbone of the electronic control technology of the service station established the World Horticultural Society to serve emergency teams and spare no effort to escort the World Association of Parks.
The service guarantees of the Xi'an International Horticultural Exposition will be full of opportunities and challenges. The Yuchai Shaanxi office, the Xi'an Monopoly Company and the World Horticultural Club Yuchai service guarantee team will unite and work together to jointly serve the World Horoscope fair.
